Please take a note of the below terms and conditions when you plan to place orders with us either via the website or call or emails.
  • We currently only deliver in Noida with shipping charges not applicable for 3 km area from our location.

  • If you are near Noida like Greater Noida and Mayur Vihar, Delhi; please call us and check with us in case we will be able to make arrangements for your order delivery.

  • We currently take orders mostly 2 days in advance apart from the services like mini sweet table order that we take around 1 week in advance.

  • All our order are prepared fresh and no preservatives are added. The items are prepared in a home environment and upon confirmation of your orders.

  • Flavour Basket™ reserves the right to cancel any order received based on the location of delivery and the customization of items requested.

  • The orders are considered confirmed only when the payment is received (not applicable in case of cash on delivery option).

  • In case there is any customization to the order, please contact us on our numbers to confirm before placing the orders online. We will be able to place your orders on call as well.

  • The products listed on our shop page are not the exhaustive list, in case you don’t find what you are looking for, please have a look at Flavour Basket’ Menu. You can order all items listed in our menu. Just give us a call or send an email to fix your orders.

  • All our items are eggless and in case you need egg items please call us to check on that; by default all items are prepared without egg.

  • We don’t guarantee the shelf life of our delivered items beyond 5-6 hrs as the desserts are eggless as we don’t add any preservatives to them. Our all food items are best eaten under 6 hrs after the delivery is done.

  • The images may not depict the actual product delivered. Flavour Basket™ holds all right to deny any claim whatsoever raised in this regard.

  • The pictures are only for display purpose and the actual delivered product may or may not vary.

  • The props used in the pics will not be part of the final order delivered; unless specified in the product description and the emails that you (the buyer) receive once the order is placed.

  • There is no return policy on our food items. Once delivered they are considered sold and non-returnable.

  • Flavour Basket™ will make all its attempt to deliver the product as per the promised time; no claim in this regard will be entertained and decision by Flavour Basket will be deemed final.

  • Flavour Basket™ reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any point in time without any prior notification.

  • Flavour Basket brand name, its logo and all images and text etc displayed on our website and YouTube channel are copyright to Flavour Basket™. Any attempt to use them in any manner without prior approval from Flavour Basket™ will be considered a criminal offence.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  • Q: I am not in Noida but stay close to Noida, can I order items from your site?

    A: We currently only deliver in Noida. Please call us on our number to check in case we can make some arrangements for your case. You can also send an email to us and we will give you a call back to check with you regarding your order and delivery location.

  • Q: 2 was looking for a lesser/more quantity of the item than what is shown on your product page. How do I alter my order?

    A: We are able to alter the quantity of the items per your convenience. Please call us to provide details and we will take your order on the call itself. Or you can also email us with your details and we will call you back to get the details.

  • Q: 3 see all your desserts are eggless, but I doubt they will be as soft as the ones made with eggs. So if you say they are soft I doubt the case!

    A: Trust us when we say they are eggless. All are items are prepared at our home environment with special care to keep them soft without the use of eggs. We also don’t add any preservatives in any of our items.

  • Q: 4 Why do I need to order a day or two in advance?

    A: We don’t keep items prepared. All of our items are made fresh upon the order confirmation from you. They are made fresh and delivered fresh. Besides, for some of the desserts the preparation needs to be done a night earlier (for example the cinnamon rolls dough is prepared and kept overnight).

  • Q: 5 I wanted a cake which I can’t find in your product catalog. How can I know if you can deliver that flavour?

    A: Don’t worry if you can’t find a flavour or item in our product catalog. Just call us on our number or send us an email and we will take your order.

  • Q: 6 Besides delivery can I order for a pickup?

    A: Be our guest

  • Q:7 Can I return an item upon receiving?

    A: We don’t have any return policy associated with us at this point in time. If you have already placed the order and paid online, we will not be in condition to return the amount paid.

  • Q:8 What if the product delivered is not up-to-mark or its a different product than what I ordered?

    A: In case you think there is any such problem please make sure you raise it with the person delivering the order. We will make sure we do our best to resolve the issue. In case you miss to raise we will not entertain any claim thereon.
