Eggless banana Nutella Crepe is the ultimate and quick dessert to have any time or in any special occasion filled with banana slices and garnished with powder sugar and chocolate sauce.

Crepes are especially popular throughout France. I don’t know when I’l get the chance for a France trip to have this ultimate dessert but for now I know how to make this classic eggless banana Nutella crepe in my own kitchen. Filling can be anything it may be sweet or it may be savory.They can be eaten as part of breakfast or as a dessert the choice is yours.

Ingredients for Banana Nutella Crepe

For the Crepe

  • Plain Flour(Maida) – 1 Cup
  • Milk – 2 Cup
  • Sugar – 3 tbs
  • Oil or Butter – 2 tbs
  • Vanilla Essence – 1/4 tbs
  • Eno Fruit Salt – 1/2 tbs

For the Filling

  • Banana – 1 cut into slices
  • Nutella – 1 tbs

Eggless Banana Nutella Crepe

 

Method For Eggless banana Nutella Crepe

  • Mix plain flour and sugar in a bowl.
  • Add milk, oil or butter and vanilla essence and mix well with no lumps.
  • Add Eno fruit salt and mix well.
  • Keep aside the batter for 5 Mins.
  • Heat the non stick pan, pour some butter or oil over the pan.
  • Pour enough batter over the pan and spread it all over the pan.
  • Cook until bubble start to appear on the surface of the crepe.
  • Flip it over the pan and cook other side of it till it becomes nice golden brown.
How to Proceed
  • Take a cooked crepe, nicely spread nutella on one side of crepe.
  • Put some banana slices.
  • Fold the Banana nutella crepe.
  • Dust some powder sugar and garnish with some chocolate sauce.
